Beecon is a social app for spontaneous get-togethers. It was created to make it easier together at a moments notice.

Beecons are organized around activities both irl and virtual. Spark a Beecon to let others know you’re interested in doing something and if critical mass is reached, the activity is a go!

Take the anxiety out of big group texts, create more opportunities to see friends, turn whims into wins, and do more with Beecon today. Find Beecons for activities you’re interested in and get notified when others are looking for people to do that activity with.

Beecon End User License Agreement (EULA) / Terms of Service

Effective Date: 4/1/2025

Welcome to Beecon (“App”). By using or accessing the App, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country), you may not use the App.

2. License

Beecon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Upload, post, or share any content that is objectionable, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or threatening.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise disrupt the operation of the App.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Beecon maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

Hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind
Sexual harassment or exploitation
Bullying, threats, or intimidation
Posting or sharing of illegal or explicit material

Violations will result in immediate account suspension or permanent banning without notice or refund (if applicable).

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and remove any content or user account that violates these standards.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, but you grant Beecon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content solely to provide and improve the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and its compliance with these terms.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or engaged in objectionable conduct.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be secure, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Beecon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account you can do so through the app by going to "Settings" and selecting delete account from the options menu at the top of the page.
